After you submit your buy box criteria, SCV will review your profile and add you to our distribution. When an opportunity matches your criteria, you will receive outreach through your preferred contact method.

How many deals does SCV send per month?

We do not guarantee a specific volume of deal flow. SCV sends opportunities when the deal and buyer criteria align. Quality over quantity is the standard.

What types of properties does SCV send to buyers?

Opportunities include single-family homes, 2–4 unit properties, 5+ unit multifamily, land, distressed assets, and portfolio packages, depending on what SCV is actively reviewing in your target market.

Do I need proof of funds to join the buyer list?

You do not need proof of funds to join the list, but buyers who can provide POF upon a deal offer receive priority. We want to match deals to buyers who can close.

Are projected numbers guaranteed?

No. Any investment projections provided are estimates based on available market data and conservative underwriting. They are not guarantees of profit, return, financing terms, resale value, or future performance.
